Job summary

Sii Poland's Product Design Studio is seeking an engineer specializing in CFD and thermal analyses to support diverse engineering projects across automotive, industrial, energy, aerospace, and hi-tech. You will conduct CFD or thermal analyses, build numerical models, analyze flows and heat transfer, and translate results into design improvements.

Collaboration with project teams and CAE specialists is essential.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience conducting CFD and/or thermal analyses.
Experience with STAR-CCM+ or ANSYS Fluent.
Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics and heat transfer.
Ability to build, validate, and verify numerical models.
Ability to interpret simulation results and prepare reports.
Good command of English for an international environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct CFD analyses and/or thermal analyses for mechanical products and systems.
Create numerical models and prepare assumptions for simulations.
Analyze flows, heat exchange, and product behavior under various operating conditions.
Interpret simulation results and recommend design changes.
Collaborate with project teams, designers, and other CAE specialists.
Participate in product optimization for performance, reliability, and cost.
Prepare technical documentation and reports from conducted analyses.
Support validation and product development processes at various stages of the life cycle.
