Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications to residents and support activities of daily living. The role operates under a licensed nurse and DON oversight, ensuring safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities include medication setup, documentation, and adherence to five rights, plus assisting residents with daily activities and proper medication handling per policy.

Qualifications

• QMA/CMA certification (state) required; CNA in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision.
• Apply the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

Education
