Your Responsibilities

• Team management
• Building and implementing category procurement strategies
• End-to-end procurement process management
• Supplier market and trend analysis
• Long-term planning and risk management
• Cost optimization (TCO, cost savings, cost avoidance)
• Designing and implementing business processes
• Preparing and issuing requests for quotations (RFQs)
• Identifying and sourcing alternative suppliers and materials
• Supplier portfolio management
• Coordinating communication with internal departments
• Collaborating with internal departments (e.g., production, engineering) to identify material requirements
• Performing data analysis and preparing reports
• Placing orders with suppliers for components and production-related services

Our Requirements

• Several years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role, preferably involving steel, aluminum and copper components
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong data-driven business insight
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes
• Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good command of English, enabling effective business communication
• Well-developed negotiation skills
