We are looking for:

Category Manager - Direct Materials

location: Kielce

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing category strategies aligned with global procurement policies and business needs.
  • Managing supplier selection, negotiation and contracts to ensure cost, quality and service targets.
  • Monitoring category spend and market trends to identify savings opportunities and strategic direction.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with procurement expertise and budget recommendations.
  • Building strong supplier relationships and leading performance improvement initiatives.

Leading and supporting process change requests and supplier development projects.

What we expect from you:

  • University degree (min. Bachelor’s level) in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (preferred Polish).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Well-organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with experience in managing projects and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement, proven track record in global sourcing and supplier management.

Solid knowledge of purchasing best practices, cost analysis and experience working cross-functionally in an international environment.
