We are looking for:
Category Manager - Direct Materials
location: Kielce
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing category strategies aligned with global procurement policies and business needs.
- Managing supplier selection, negotiation and contracts to ensure cost, quality and service targets.
- Monitoring category spend and market trends to identify savings opportunities and strategic direction.
- Supporting internal stakeholders with procurement expertise and budget recommendations.
- Building strong supplier relationships and leading performance improvement initiatives.
Leading and supporting process change requests and supplier development projects.
What we expect from you:
- University degree (min. Bachelor’s level) in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (preferred Polish).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with data analysis.
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with experience in managing projects and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, proven track record in global sourcing and supplier management.
Solid knowledge of purchasing best practices, cost analysis and experience working cross-functionally in an international environment.
