Job summary

IQVIA in Poland is seeking a COA Manager to lead a portfolio of cardiovascular Clinical Outcome Assessments across trials and real-world studies. You will ensure scientific integrity, lifecycle management, and readiness for global client needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive asset development, and monitor performance to support revenue growth and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Clinical Research Outcomes Research Real-World Evidence Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry COA Development or Licensing Product or Portfolio Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of cardiovascular Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) assets, ensuring their scientific integrity, market readiness, and long-term success.
• Drive product lifecycle management, supporting asset development, enhancements, implementation, and strategic portfolio expansion.
• Partner cross-functionally with scientific, operational, and commercial teams to ensure assets are ready for client delivery and positioned to meet evolving market needs.
• Monitor portfolio performance and business impact, supporting forecasting, revenue growth, and strategic decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in cardiovascular outcomes, contributing to innovative healthcare, real-world evidence, and Population Health initiatives.
