Job summary

AFRY is seeking a CAD Draftsman to work on projects in Sweden. You will collaborate with a skilled team from the Design Center, focusing on BIM and CAD coordination in rail and road sectors. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation is essential, with knowledge of Projectwise or Trimble Connect as a plus.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, learning, and contributing to high-quality drawings and documentation for infrastructure projects across Europe.

Qualifications

• A qualified degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good written and verbal English (CEFR B1).
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Through the Design Center you will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals in Sweden and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions for our clients. It is important that you are a team player that like to work in teams with different competences and that you are curious and eager to learn new things. At AFRY you will work with BIM and CAD coordination in the field of railways and highways. We expect that you have a profound experience working with Autocad and Microstation. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Projectwise or Trimble connect

Your key responsibilities are:

• Drawing template preparation.
• Preparing landscape and site levelling models.
• Coordination and clash control of 3D models.
• Drawing and document review.
• Process survey data and point clouds.

Qualifications

• A Qualified Degree in Civil Engineering, 0–3 years of relevant experience, Good written and verbal English language (CEFR minimum level B1), Very good knowledge of AutoCAD, A good knowledge of working in all applications of MS Office
