AFRY is seeking a BIM Specialist to join our team in Poland with hybrid work flexibility. You will create and manage BIM models in Revit, support point cloud to BIM workflows, and contribute to multidisciplinary coordination on various projects.
A degree in Building/Civil Engineering or Architecture and 2–5 years of Revit experience are required. English proficiency at CEFR B1 is expected, with additional Nordic project exposure and knowledge of Navisworks/Solibri considered a plus.

Through the Design Center you will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals in Sweden, use cutting-edge technology, and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions for our clients. It is important that you are a team player that like to work in teams with different competences and that you are curious and eager to learn new things.
Our Malmö office in Sweden is home to a team of around 10 dedicated BIM Specialists. They are a part of Advisory, working across cost management, sustainable building strategies, and early‑stage energy and design analysis to support smarter decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle. We work with a wide range of assignments, spanning from early‑stage BIM strategy development to the long‑term management of Digital Twins. Our team is currently involved in around 20 ongoing projects of varying scale and complexity. In general, we work in dedicated project teams, and our engineers typically handle 2–5 projects simultaneously. The design‑phase of our projects is a relatively set process with following main stages:
