From steel structures to lifting plans: your drawings make our projects visible, understandable, and executable.

Join the force behind #Nothing too heavy, Nothing too high. As a CAD Designer, you’ll be part of our engineering team and work on a wide range of challenging projects. Depending on the project and your expertise, you\'ll create technical drawings in AutoCAD 2D or Inventor 3D that are used in the execution of heavy lifting operations, transport systems, or innovative constructions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing plans, sketches, and technical documentation.
  • Develop construction drawings in Inventor (3D) and/or AutoCAD (2D) according to Sarens standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow Designers and Project Engineers on technical solutions.
  • Create clear, efficient, and safe drawings for execution and presentation.
  • Prepare 3D visualizations and animations for sales or project preparation.
  • Occasionally carry out on-site measurements.
  • Convert construction components into reusable blocks for project drawings.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the drawing process.

You will be part of the engineering department and report to the Team Leader Engineering, working closely with other CAD Designers and Project Engineers.

About You

We are looking for an independent creative thinker with a critical eye, logical reasoning skills, and a strong interest in technology. You spot problems but think in solutions. You work in a structured and accurate manner, with an eye for detail. A perfectionist streak? That\u2019s a plus here! You\'re a collaborative self-starter with a great sense of responsibility.

Profile Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., construction or industrial design) or equivalent through experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (highly motivated recent graduates are also welcome!).
  • Strong knowledge of Inventor and/or AutoCAD 2D.
  • Good command of English, spoken and written.
  • Technical insight and basic knowledge of mechanics.
  • Knowledge of Vault is a plus.
  • Structured, accurate, and solution-oriented mindset.
