We are currently seeking an experienced
Cable Engineer (m/f/d) Subsea Power Cables | Design & Installation
to support major offshore wind development projects across Europe.

As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise for subsea power cable systems throughout all project phases
- Support the engineering, design, review and coordination of export and inter-array cable systems for offshore wind projects
- Review cable routing studies, installation methodologies, technical specifications and engineering documentation
- Coordinate technical interfaces between cable systems, offshore substations, wind turbines and onshore grid connection assets
- Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, client specifications and project requirements
- Coordinate technical clarifications with contractors, suppliers, certification bodies and project stakeholders, and support engineering reviews, FATs, installation activities, commissioning preparation, technical risk assessments, design optimisation, troubleshooting and multidisciplinary engineering coordination
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
- Solid experience with subsea power cable systems within offshore wind, renewable energy or large-scale transmission infrastructure projects
- Good understanding of export cables, inter-array cables, cable routing, installation methodologies and cable protection systems
- Experience reviewing engineering documentation and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering interfaces
- Familiarity with relevant international standards and offshore installation practices
- Experience supporting offshore installation campaigns, testing or commissioning activities is considered an advantage
- Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous
