Sii Poland is seeking a Test Automation Engineer for a long-term banking project. You will join an agile team to ensure high performance and stability of critical systems.

You design, implement, and maintain automated tests across GUI, API, and databases, with a focus on .NET stacks. Excellent collaboration in an international environment.

Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in test automation with .NET stacks.
• Full-stack test automation across GUI, API, and databases.
• Experience across multiple environments and test levels.
• Knowledge of TDD, BDD, and Page Object Model.
• ISTQB foundation-level knowledge or plan within 3 months.
• Git version control experience.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated performance tests.
• Execute non-functional tests and analyze results.
• Identify, report, verify, and debug defects.
• Review requirements and designs from a testing perspective.
• Maintain and extend test automation frameworks.
• Prepare and manage test data with dependencies.
• Recommend actions based on quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Support CI processes for automated tests.
• Participate in risk mitigation and test communications.
