Overview

Join Sii as a C++ Developer. We’re supporting a project in building a new Qt/QML-based user interface as part of digital fleet and operations solutions for municipalities and contractors. The project involves developing the system from scratch, integrating it into existing architecture, and enabling smooth knowledge transfer to internal teams. The project supports smart winter services and real‑time data visualization, CO₂‑reducing fleet management tools, and a cloud‑based platform for real‑time fleet tracking and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user interfaces and components in Qt/QML as part of a greenfield project
• Integrate with existing back‑end systems and cloud‑connected platforms
• Collaborate with internal developers and stakeholders in an agile, SCRUM‑based environment
• Ensure maintainability and scalability of the solution

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a C++ Developer (high‑level programming)
• Strong C++ development background, ideally in embedded or real‑time environments
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Qt/QML
• Experience building front‑end systems from scratch and integrating them into complex architectures
• Understanding of software design patterns, modular code, and testability
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
