Job summary

xBerry - R&D House in Poland is seeking an experienced C++ Developer to join our international team and work on desktop C++/Qt applications for airport operations and related realtime systems.

You will collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and analysts, contribute to design and architecture decisions, ensure code quality and testability, and take responsibility for delivering robust features with proactive communication and a strong engineering mindset.

Qualifications

• Mid/Senior level C++ development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C++ and Qt; experience with real-time systems.
• Fluent English for international team communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop C++/Qt applications.
• Integrate with external systems (radars, GPS, cameras, sensors).
• Collaborate with international teams (developers, QA, analysts).
• Ensure code quality, testability, and system stability.

What We Expect From You

• Professional experience in C++ programming at a Mid/Senior level
• Experience with QA framework is really nice to have
• Strong knowledge of C++ and hands-on experience with Qt
• Experience working with real-time systems
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (design patterns, SOLID principles, testing)
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for functionalities
• Proactivity, engagement, and excellent communication skills
• Experience in a team leader role is a plus
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is required for working in an international team

What You’ll Do
