Job summary

Ryanair DAC is seeking Cabin Crew in Poland with no prior experience required. You will undergo comprehensive training and perform in-flight service to ensure safety and a high-quality travel experience.

English proficiency assessments and a situational judgement test are part of the recruitment process. Relocation to another Ryanair base may be required; the role features a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster, competitive compensation, and extensive staff travel benefits across 250+

Qualifications

• Expressed enthusiasm and positive attitude for customer service.
• Ability to provide excellent service with a can-do attitude.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in Poland and travel within Ryanair network.
• Hardworking, flexible, and personable with an outgoing nature.
• Able to work a shift roster, including early starts and late nights.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Height between 157 cm and 188 cm.
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English.

You will be required to work both early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 5:00 AM and finishes that may extend until midnight.
