Job summary

Ryanair Group is seeking cabin crew in Wrocław, Poland, joining a large team across 90+ bases to serve guests on thousands of daily flights. Training is provided, and you will earn your Cabin Crew Wings after completion.

No previous experience is required; our program prepares you for safety, service, and professional inflight standards. Expect early starts, long days, and a fast-paced, rewarding environment with clear progression into leadership roles.

• Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
• Applicant must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely to all destinations in the Ryanair network.
• It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Flexible and adaptable to work a shift roster- not afraid of early starts and late nights.
• The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• You must be between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.
• The ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.

You will be required to work both early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 5:00 AM and finishes that may extend until midnight.
