Job summary

Ryanair is hiring cabin crew to join Europe’s largest airline group with 90+ bases. No prior cabin crew experience is required; our comprehensive training program will equip you with essential skills.

You will enjoy unlimited discounted staff travel across Ryanair destinations and a 5 days on / 3 days off roster. Upon successful completion of training you will receive your Cabin Crew Wings and there are clear career paths to roles such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, and Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted right to live and work in Poland and travel within Ryanair network.
• Willingness to work early mornings and late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent onboard customer service and safety support.
• Assist passengers, handle check-in and boarding procedures as required.

What to Expect?

Life as Cabin Crew is exciting, fast-paced, and rewarding. You will be required to work both early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 5:00 AM and finishes that may extend until midnight.

Requirements

• Lots of enthusiasm and excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Applicant must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Poland and travel freely to all destinations in the Ryanair network
• Hardworking, flexible and outgoing personality
• Flexible and adaptable to work a shift roster
• The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
• Height between 5”2 (157 cm) and 6”2 (188 cm)
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English
