What You Will Do

• Carry out procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis.
• Respond to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Carry out activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization’s best interest.
• Prepare purchase orders, approve payments, and negotiate prices to ensure the procurement process runs smoothly, under general guidance.
• Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure resolution of problems such as shortages and missed or late deliveries.
• Direct and manage all schedules and purchase orders for the client account or product family.
• Ensure compliance with Collins Global Trade policies.

Qualifications

You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or, in absence of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience.
• German language (C1).
• English language (C1).

• Experience using Microsoft Navision (Procurement functions, Business Warehouse, Business Objects most preferred).
• Experienced in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
