Job summary

IKEA Industry Poland Sp. z o.o., Branch Lubawa invites a senior leader to oversee technology/ process engineering, laboratory, supplier quality assurance, and investments. You will drive strategic material quality and coordinate product changes with IKEA of Sweden.

The role requires strong leadership, proven change management, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans while fostering IKEA's culture and values within the organization.

Qualifications

• min. 5 years of experience in an international production company.
• min. 3 years of experience in team management.
• excellent knowledge of operations/methods in technology, quality, investments.
• ability to translate strategic directions into operational plans.
• excellent influence and relationship building skills.
• excellent leadership skills: development/succession planning, motivating, building engagement.
• goal orientation, flexibility and strong focus on cost effectiveness.
• open minded for new solution for product, technique, and technology development.
• high presentation and communication skills.
• English fluency min. B2.
