Job description

Ensure the successful implementation of the process within the Material Master Data domain.

Drive implementation of projects related to Master Data.

Promote best data management practices and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Adapt tasks as needed to support business and project requirements.

Specific tasks include:

1. Standardize and optimize Material Master Data processes.
2. Drive implementation of new solutions supporting processes.
3. Identify areas for improvements within Master Data; prepare, execute, and facilitate process improvements identification cycles.
4. Prepare and conduct process training for stakeholders.
5. Track, monitor, and analyze Process KPIs.
6. Collaborate with Business Services to identify and eliminate root causes of issues.
7. Identify process and control gaps.
8. Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

Our requirements

• Strong understanding of MD processes and implications of Master Data standards across operational processes and reporting.
• Understanding of MD governance principles.
• Experience in digital transformations and process mapping.
• Understanding of data quality metrics and management.
• Knowledge of SAP and Master Data platforms.
• Ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
