Overview

Position

Position: Business Process Analyst

Location: Warsaw

Scope of responsibilities
  • Development, updating of the system of business processes and regulations of the group of companies;
  • Implementation, development, updating of the process model of a group of companies in BPM;
  • Schematic and textual description of business processes;
  • Analysis of the process model and current business processes of the Company, formation of proposals for their improvement, systematization and automation;
  • Reengineering of business processes;
  • Development of regulatory documents within the framework of projects to optimize business processes using tools to improve the efficiency of business processes (KPI);
  • Formation, control of the conditions for compliance with processes;
  • Estimating the cost of processes, calculation of the optimal number of personnel.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in business process description notations (IDEF, BPMN, EPC family);
  • Possession of one of the tools for describing business processes ( Bizagi, ARIS, Business Studio, Business engineer);
  • Experience in managing projects to optimize, standardize, change business processes;
  • Experience in formalizing and describing business processes in the format of diagrams and detailed business requirements;
  • Experience in interviewing business customers to collect and agree on requirements;
  • Proficiency in business analysis methods and business process management standards;
  • Knowledge of process management methodology, BPM CBoK;
  • Knowledge of methods for collecting, evaluating, analyzing and processing information using modern technical means, communications, computer technology;
  • Fluent English in writing and speaking.
