The BI Lead is responsible for managing and developing a centralized Business Intelligence function that empowers data-driven decision-making for strategic decisions across the Group. This role defines and delivers the strategic BI operating model, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategy, transformation agenda and digital ambitions.
The BI Lead will, foster a culture of insight and innovation, leverage advanced analytics tools and enable cross-functional collaboration to unlock value from internal and external data sources. This includes shaping the BI function’s scope, governance, and service model, while continuously evolving its tools and processes to meet selected needs of the Executive Team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Group’s growth strategy by providing business and market intelligence analytical capabilities.
- Provide the CEO and Executive Team with actionable insights to guide portfolio priorities and strategic choices.
- Provide appropriate tools to support identification and recommendation of organic and inorganic growth opportunities across markets, technologies, and categories.
- Create and maintain a roadmap for of BI strategic function development, considering data availability, feasibility and prioritization of initiatives.
- Monitor performance and continuously improve strategic BI processes and tools.
- Lead the design and execution of the Group-wide strategic BI, enabling data-driven decision making across functions and business units.
- Support implementation of BI strategic platforms, tools, and governance models to ensure timely, relevant, and actionable insights.
- Support embedding data-driven decision-making as a core leadership and organizational capability.

Our expectations
- Advanced degree in business, economics, data science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of senior experience in business intelligence
- Background in pharmaceuticals or life sciences with experience in CEE region
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and cooperate with senior executives and business leaders
- Proven track record in strategic and critical thinking as well as acting as business decisions challenge partner for executive team and key stakeholders
- Experience deploying enterprise BI/AI platforms and fostering data-driven cultures
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Strong leadership presence, executive communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
