Job summary

RTB House is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for its Bidding Platform to process data for real-time auctions across 90+ countries. You will design dashboards, run analyses, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive data-driven decisions. Remote/flexible Poland allows 100% remote work or office in Warsaw/Cracow.

Requirements include 5+ years in analytics, SQL with BigQuery, Python (pandas), and strong BI tool experience. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Solid understanding of fundamentals of statistics.
• SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases (Google BigQuery is a strong plus).
• Basic Python skills, specifically using pandas for data analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills and experience with at least one BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
• Practical experience with creating data models and data exploration.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.

We are looking for BI analysts to join our Bidding Platform organization which is the core of the RTB business, processing over 20 million requests per second to participate in real-time auctions and display advertisements to customers from 90+ countries.

You will:

• Prepare business analyses and draw actionable conclusions from data.
