On behalf of our client, an international company specializing in exhibition, retail & event solutions, we are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to establish and lead their sales activities in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Polish exhibition, retail & event market, in close cooperation with company leadership.
- Acquire new B2B customers while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain a strong network with partners and decision-makers.
- Deliver sales reports and present strategic insights to management.
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and strengthen brand awareness in Poland.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the Polish exhibition, retail & event industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Polish market, especially in Poznań, Warsaw, Kielce and Kraków.
- Fluent in Polish and English (German is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Cross-cultural competence and familiarity with Polish business culture.
