Therefor we are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Poland branch who will take care of both sales and operational activities. Over time, this role will evolve into a Branch Head position, leading and expanding the branch operations. Overseeing all freight forwarding operations, driving business development and managing P&L. The role requires strong sales and operational expertise, and a proven record in growing logistics operations and will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team.

Key Responsibilities
    >Develop and execute sales strategies to increase business and market share.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining long‑term relationships with existing clients.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handling of shipments and service excellence.
  • Manage day‑to‑day branch activities related to sales and operations.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and overall profitability of the branch.Ensure compliance with company policies, service quality, and operational standards.
  • Career opportunity to become Branch Head in the future.
Qualifications & Skills
    >Minimum 4–6 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
  • Strong background in sales/business development with good operational understanding (road, air, and ocean freight).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (Russian is an advantage).
