An international logistics company in Poland seeks a Business Development Manager responsible for sales and operational activities. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of experience in freight forwarding, strong sales expertise, and fluency in Polish and English. Therefor we are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Poland branch who will take care of both sales and operational activities. Over time, this role will evolve into a Branch Head position, leading and expanding the branch operations. Overseeing all freight forwarding operations, driving business development and managing P&L. The role requires strong sales and operational expertise, and a proven record in growing logistics operations and will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team.
