Job summary

Sibelco Poland is seeking a Business Development Analyst for their Graduate Programme in Bukowno. This two-year rotational program offers permanent contracts from day one and the opportunity to work in key operational and commercial roles.

The successful candidate will conduct market analyses, identify business opportunities, and develop business concepts. Ideal candidates will have a degree in business or engineering and strong analytical skills. Relocation support and competitive salary are included.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer, and internal capability analyses to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

Job Description

The Global Graduate Programme is a two‑year rotational program with permanent contracts from day one. Participants work in key operational and commercial roles, spending the second year in a different cluster outside their initial region.

Your Impact in This Role

• Conduct market, customer, and internal capability analyses to identify new business opportunities
• Identify unmet customer needs and commercial or operational gaps
• Benchmark internal and external best practices
• Develop business concepts, including value proposition, feasibility, risks, and scalability
• Build business cases and implementation roadmaps
• Support the design and execution of pilot initiatives
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams

What You Bring to the Table

• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of financial concepts such as cost structures and business cases
• Ability to work with data (Excel, PowerPoint; analytical tools are a plus)
• Interest in strategy, business model innovation, and commercial development
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
