We’re seeking a results-driven Business Developer who excels at building strong relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and delivering measurable results. In this role, you’ll help expand our AUTODOC B2B (Trader) Projects, connecting leading European auto parts brands with small to mid-size wholesalers and distributors. This is a hands-on sales role with a focus on business development and account growth.
What You’ll Do
Grow our customer base by acquiring and developing small to mid-sized wholesalers and distributors.
Own your territory – guide new customers through their first orders, then work to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage the full sales cycle: from identifying prospects to closing deals and ensuring smooth delivery.
Customize solutions that fit customer needs and create long-term value.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular contact and proactive account management.
Collaborate with accounting, marketing, warehouse, and operations teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Keep accurate records in CRM, ERP, and other tools to monitor progress and opportunities.
Prepare clear and actionable sales reports and growth plans for leadership.
Your Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience working with B2B clients in automotive aftermarket sales.
Proven ability to manage 10+ active client accounts while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and delivering value to customers.
Highly goal-oriented, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to develop new markets, clients, and territories through proactive outreach.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly process information and turn data into actionable solutions.
Comfortable using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, with solid Excel skills.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
