Qualifications

• Опыт в аналогичной роли, связанной с данными или аналитикой.
• Опыт работы с Google Cloud Platform, особенно BigQuery (написание запросов и оптимизация).
• Уверенное владение SQL (оптимизация, аналитические функции) и опыт работы с SAS (4GL, SAS Enterprise Guide).
• Опыт работы с Power BI и Excel.
• Будет преимуществом: Python для data engineering и моделирования.
• Знание инструментов контроля версий Git и ETL/ELT.

Responsibilities

• Анализировать продажи и операционные данные, выявлять ключевые тенденции и закономерности.
• Интегрировать данные из различных источников (BigQuery, Excel, GCP) для создания отчетов и визуализаций.
• Разрабатывать и оптимизировать SQL-запросы, обеспечивая качество данных.
• Создавать отчеты, дашборды и рекомендации для бизнес-команд.
• Работать в Agile-среде с проектными и бизнес-командами, подбирая решения под потребности организации.
• Осуществлять полный цикл аналитического процесса — от извлечения данных до выводов и рекомендаций бизнесу.

We are looking for an ambitious and versatile person for the Business Analyst position to join our team. We are looking for a proactive and independent person who can work without constant supervision and sees data not just as numbers, but above all as concrete value and a lever for B2B sales.

• Independently analyze sales and operational data, identifying key trends and patterns
• Process and integrate data from various sources (BigQuery, Excel, GCP) to create comprehensive reports and visualizations
• Design and optimize SQL queries, ensuring high data quality and consistency
• Create reports, dashboards and recommendations for business teams to support strategic decisions
• Work with project and business teams in an agile environment, delivering solutions tailored to the organization's needs
• Take responsibility for the entire analysis process—from data retrieval to drawing conclusions and making recommendations to the business

Требования

• Experience in a similar role related to data or analytics
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery (writing queries and optimizing their performance)
• Proficiency in SQL (optimization, analytical functions) and experience working with SAS systems (4GL, SAS Enterprise Guide)
• Experience working with Power BI
• Excellent knowledge of Excel

• Knowledge of code versioning tools (Git) and ETL/ELT processes
• Experience or knowledge of the telecommunications/IT industry
• A university degree in mathematics, computer science, econometrics, quantitative methods, statistics, data science or a related field
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
