Responsibilities

• Модернизация существующих инструментов отчетности, автоматизация процессов на основе Excel.

Задачи:

Direct contact with the management team at the Warsaw office to identify current and strategic reporting needs. Collecting, analyzing and accurately documenting business requirements, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs). Advising the business on data interpretation and making optimal operational and strategic decisions. Designing, implementing and maintaining modern, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. Modernizing existing reporting tools—migrating and automating manual processes based on Excel spreadsheets into automated management dashboards. Ensuring reports are highly ergonomic (UX/UI) and that the data presented is consistent and high quality. Close collaboration with the central Data & Cloud team on implementing and using the Databricks platform and Data Lake / Redlake architecture. Actively learning best practices and new technologies from the global team and implementing them in local structures in Poland. Contributing to the design of data integration processes (APIs, internal sources) and preparing data for reporting. Identifying bottlenecks in information flows and analytical processes, and implementing improvements. Working in Agile / Scrum methodologies as part of an international, interdisciplinary team.

Требования:

• At least 2–4 years of experience in a BI Specialist, Data Analyst, Business Analyst role with a strong technical focus, or a related position.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and management.
• Very good practical knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, advanced DAX, Power Query) and MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of SQL, enabling confident joining and transformation of data from different databases.
• Experience with, or strong motivation and foundational knowledge for working with, modern analytics platforms (Databricks, Data Lake / Lakehouse environments, Python/PySpark).
• General understanding of data architecture, system integration, and topics related to creating and consuming APIs.
• Highly developed communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics in terms of business benefits.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of organizational independence.
• Openness to learning new tools and a desire to take on the role of technology leader in the local office.
• Fluent spoken and written English (at least B2/C1)—essential for daily communication with headquarters and reading technical documentation.
• Fluent Polish.
