The Opportunity

Working as a team/team lead in one or more Insurance projects for International Customer.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Interface and communication with the onsite coordinators
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
• Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
• Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
• Travelling to customers locations on need basis
• Building a quality work culture
• Managing performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
• Fostering teamwork and lead by example
• Training and mentoring of project resources
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Over 3 years experience in end to end implementation of Banking or Insurance Solution as Business Analyst
• Working as part of a team to implement & support customer’s platform for Banking
• Ability to gather business requirements (product settings, workflows, accounting rules, etc.) from our customers and translate these into personalized configuration and setup

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Experience in Banking or Insurance areas
• Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD, FSD
• Ability to act as a Module Lead and lead the Development team & Functional Team
• Ability to act as a bridge between the client and the Developers, translate the requirement into technical language for the developers
• Skills to analyse and identify the root cause of the issues identified during testing phase

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Should have presentation skills
• Client management experience (Stakeholder management)
