Job summary

Accenture Poland offers an internship as a Business Analyst Intern to gain experience on real projects for Polish and international clients across multiple industries. You will translate business needs into insights, using Power BI and SQL in a supportive, mentor-guided environment.

Qualifications

• Active student status (Bachelor's or Master's) and availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Very good command of English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Practical knowledge of Power BI (mandatory) - ability to create and interpret business reports and dashboards.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL (supporting analysis, not pure development).
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong interest in business analysis, business processes and digital transformation.
• Analytical mindset, structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a team in a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities

• Support business analysis activities across digital and analytical projects.
• Assist in translating business needs into analytical questions and structured documentation.
• Use Power BI to support analysis through reports and dashboards.
• Work with data using SQL to support analysis, validation and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain business documentation, presentations and summaries for stakeholders.
