Qualifications

• Опыт поддержки автоматизации, цифровой трансформации и внедрений
• Навыки картирования процессов, анализа данных и отчетности (Visio, Power BI, Excel); владение инструментами майнинга процессов
• Свободное владение английским языком
• Желателен: опыт в глобальном/м multinational окружении; Lean Six Sigma, PM, Agile приветствуются

• Вести бизнес-анализ трансформаций: требования, картирование процессов, дизайн решений, поддержка внедрения
• Сотрудничать с заинтересованными сторонами финанс, IT, комплаенс и разработчиками
• Обеспечивать выполнение проектов трансформации и соблюдение контроля и управления
• Анализировать данные и строить экономические обоснования для решений
• Управлять несколькими инициативами и достигать ощутимой бизнес-ценности

• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, automation, digital solutions, and AI adoption across Finance operations; Lead business analysis activities for transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and implementation support; Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business challenges, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and develop solutions that deliver measurable value; Collaborate with Finance, IT, Compliance, Controls, developers, and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery; Support end-to-end process transformation projects and redesign ways of working across Finance processes; Analyze process and operational data to identify opportunities, build business cases, and support data-driven decision-making; Manage multiple initiatives and priorities while balancing business value, technical feasibility, risk, and resource considerations; Drive stakeholder adoption of new solutions while ensuring compliance with Finance controls, audit requirements, and governance standards.

Требования

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Excellence professional, Finance Transformation specialist, or in a similar role
• Experience partnering with Finance, IT, Compliance, Controls, and external vendor stakeholders
• Experience supporting automation, digital transformation, system implementation, or process improvement initiatives
• Proficiency with process mapping, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Visio, Power BI, Excel, process mining platforms, and automation technologies
• Fluent English proficiency
• Nice to have: experience with Finance processes in a shared services, global business services, or multinational environment, AI-enabled technologies, intelligent automation, process mining, or digital transformation programs, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification, Project Management certification, Agile delivery experience
