Job summary

Stryker in Poland Warszawa seeks an experienced asset and inventory manager to optimize deployment of assets across the country, improving capital efficiency, financial performance, and service outcomes. You will translate data into insight and strategy into action with local and regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive asset and inventory optimization across Poland by partnering with BU, Finance, and Supply Planning to improve capital efficiency and availability.
• Analyse asset utilization, inventory levels, and ROI, delivering data‑based recommendations on consignment, deployment, and investments.
• Own local governance and review processes, ensuring compliance with financial controls, regulatory standards, and internal audits.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including write‑offs, disposals, expiry management, phase‑in/phase‑out activities, and lifecycle planning.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to assets and inventory, providing regular insights to local leadership for decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Tender teams to align asset strategies with commercial priorities.
• Contribute to regional asset and inventory management initiatives by sharing local insights and implementing regional standards.

What You Will Do

• Drive asset and inventory optimization across Poland by partnering with Business Unit, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to improve capital efficiency and availability in the field.
• Analyse asset utilization, inventory levels, and return on investment, and deliver clear, data‑based recommendations on consignment levels, asset deployment, and capital investments.
• Own local governance and review processes, ensuring full compliance with financial controls, regulatory standards, and internal audit requirements.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including write‑offs, disposals, expiry management, product phase‑in and phase‑out activities, and lifecycle planning.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators related to assets and inventory, providing regular insights to local leadership to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Tender teams to align asset strategies with commercial priorities.
• Contribute to regional asset and inventory management initiatives by sharing local insights and implementing regional standards and best practices.

Required

What You Will Need

• Minimum 6 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or supply chain and planning roles.
• Fluency in Polish and in English.
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.

Preferred

• Lean or continuous improvement certification.
• People management experience.
• Experience working in a matrixed, international organization.
• Previous experience within the healthcare industry.
• Experience working with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system.

Poland Pay Ranges

165.100 - 275.100 PLN Annual
