Responsibilities

• Сбор, анализ и формализация бизнес-требований; перевод их в аналитические решения.
• Ведение аналитических кейсов от бизнес-потребности до реализации решения.
• Работа с транзакционными данными, их анализ и профилирование.
• Участие в создании дашбордов и визуализаций (Tableau).
• Поддержка UAT и функциональной валидации; взаимодействие с бизнесом.

At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects, among others, for the automotive, railway, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized teams of engineers work in project groups and competence groups, whose activities we manage. We also deliver training and certification programs to develop our consultants’ engineering competencies. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for our client in the electrical industry.

Collecting, analyzing, and clarifying business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions. Independently leading analytical use cases—from understanding the business need through to implementing and using the solution. Working with transactional data—exploring, analyzing, and profiling data, and identifying gaps and dependencies. Using SQL to query, verify, and analyze data. Creating and managing the backlog and ensuring it aligns with business objectives. Designing functional solutions and working with SQL Developers and BI Developers to deliver them. Contributing to the creation of dashboards and data visualizations, including in Tableau. Supporting and conducting UAT and functional validation. Actively collaborating with business stakeholders, gathering feedback, and translating it into concrete actions. Participating in Agile ceremonies and ensuring work is delivered efficiently. Taking responsibility for the business outcomes of initiatives, not just individual tasks.

Требования:

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data/Business Analyst, or in a similar role. You have practical experience working with SQL and data—you can independently access and analyze data and draw conclusions. You can combine a business perspective with a technical one and understand how to translate business needs into analytical solutions. You have experience working with stakeholders and gathering and analyzing requirements. You can independently lead a topic end-to-end and take responsibility for its outcome. You have an analytical approach, problem-solving skills, and good work organization. You know the Agile environment and have experience working with a backlog. You communicate fluently in English—minimum B2/C1. You can collaborate with both business and technical teams. Будет плюсом: Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA, particularly the ability to work with data and read SAP tables; Experience with Tableau or other BI tools; Knowledge of transactional data and experience in analytical projects; Knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, or similar relational databases; Experience in an international environment and working with distributed teams

Salary: from PLN 800 to PLN 920 net per day, depending on experience and competencies.
