Job summary

Link Group seeks a Business Analyst to bridge science and technology in biotech workflows. You will translate complex research data into actionable insights and drive system improvements within agile teams.

Role emphasizes dashboards (Tableau/Spotfire), data modeling in Excel/VBA, and collaboration with IT to implement solutions and support UAT. This is a Warsaw-based, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience in business/systems analysis or system implementation.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management frameworks.
• Gather, refine and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
• Translate business goals into actionable technical instructions for dev/IT teams.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards/reports using Tableau and Spotfire.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and IT to ensure alignment of requirements and system changes.
• Support UAT, change management initiatives and end-user training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and refine requirements for systems.
• Develop data visualizations to support research data interpretation.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business/systems analysis or system implementation.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools ( Tableau , Spotfire ).
  • Strong spreadsheet modeling skills ( Excel VBA ).
  • Familiarity with requirements and project management platforms ( Azure DevOps , Jira ).
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management frameworks.
• Gather & Document Requirements: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to capture, refine, and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze & Optimize Processes: Map current workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and highlight opportunities for process improvement.
• Bridge Business & IT: Translate high-level business goals into precise, actionable technical instructions for development and IT teams.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Spotfire to visualize complex research data.
• Support Implementation: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management initiatives, and end-user training.
