Job summary

SIX Financial Information in Warsaw is seeking a dedicated Business/Data Analyst to help evolve entitlement platforms, gather requirements, design solutions, and drive measurable outcomes across teams.

You will partner with Product Development, Compliance, Customer Support, and Operations, as well as external partners, to ensure accurate data, standardized processes, and effective onboarding. Remote work up to 40% within our hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong English written and verbal communication (C1+).
• 3+ years in financial services as a Business or Data Analyst.
• Experience with data usage compliance and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; translate into specifications.
• Maintain and enhance platform data configurations and data lineage for entitlement.
• Analyze and improve cross-team processes for standardization, automation, efficiency.
• Provide functional support to internal/external users on entitlement topics and ensure data quality.

• Maintain and enhance platform data configurations and data lineage relevant to entitlement and authorization processes.
• Analyze and improve cross-team processes related to platform operations and customer onboarding, with a focus on standardization, automation, and efficiency.
• Provide functional support to internal and external users on entitlement topics and contribute to systematic data quality and consistency checks across connected platforms.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher), including the ability to present complex topics clearly.
• 3 or more years of experience in financial services as a Business or Data Analyst, ideally in a market data or compliance-related environment.
