Job summary

Worldline is seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive process analysis, document Work Instructions for KYC/AML operations, and support risk teams with improvements.

You will gather requirements from stakeholders, perform AS IS–TO BE analyses, and collaborate with developers in UAT to validate solutions, ensuring efficient, compliant processes across Risk Ops.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of AML/KYC experience.
• Experience writing Work Instructions/SoP.
• Experience in UAT environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Visio, Confluence, SharePoint or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Create documentation as Work Instructions for KYC/AML operational teams.
• Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
• Cooperate with developers in UAT environment.
• Support Risk Ops management with AS IS-TO BE analysis of tasks and processes.
• Conduct training for Ops analysts related to created documentation.
• Collaborate with Risk Ops teams to standardize operating methods across teams.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of solutions.
• Be a collaborative team player ensuring effective teamwork.

The opportunity

As a Business Process Analyst, you play a pivotal role in conducting process analysis, process documentation and supporting the Risk Operations teams with operational improvements. You work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Obtain, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows
• Create documentation as Work Instructions for KYC/AML operational teams
• Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
• Cooperate with developers in UAT environment
• Supporting Risk Ops management with AS IS-TO BE analysis of tasks and processes
• Conduct training for Ops analysts related to created documentation

• Be a collaborative team player environment, ensuring that we are working effectively together

Who Are We Looking For

• Above 2 years of experience in AML/KYC
• Experience in writing Work Instruction/SoP
• Experience in UAT environment is a benefit
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
