Summary

📍 Poland / Remote

You will

• Co-create a new multi-tenant, scalable, data-driven platform
• Design self-service, automation, and unified process solutions
• Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Owners, and Development Teams
• Apply data analytics to generate insights and support product evolution
• Lead workshops to digitize and optimize processes into scalable platform capabilities
• Work with multiple stakeholders across different organizations
• Inspire the client with proposals and reference models – not just gather requirements

Must have

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner in platform projects (preferably EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS)
• Proven track record in process digitalization and optimization
• Experience working with complex organizations and multiple stakeholder groups
• Practical experience collaborating with UX and product development teams
• Excellent communication skills in English (Polish is a plus)
• International experience in EdTech or exposure to global best practices is highly desirable
