Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and document business logic
- Support developers in creating detailed technical concepts
- Participate in Grooming meetings and coordinate with Design and QA teams on interface logic and issue resolution
- Define quality attributes, including interfaces, constraints, and limitations
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and demos for internal teams
- Assist in prioritising requirements effectively
Skills and experience you will need
- 3+years as a Business Analyst or similar IT role, with experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work closely with stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA
- Understanding of system architecture (front-end, back-end, APIs) and relational/non-relational databases
- Knowledge of BPMN/UML modelling techniques and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, and CMS
- Basic SQL and API knowledge (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- English: Intermediate+
Nice to have
- Experience with high-load or multi-market products
- Background in iGaming, entertainment, or consumer-facing platforms
- UX/UI awareness and user-centric mindset
