The project is a data transformation initiative designed to cleanse and standardize data across the organization. This role supports Jo’s team on the business side by correcting industry codes and developing a new customer/client data database.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into user stories for IT developers.
- Work with the Programme Manager and Scrum Masters for alignment with the wider delivery strategy.
- Lead requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews.
- Enable production of customer journeys and product functionalities for valuable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and IT partners for technical analysis.
- Support the design phase by translating requirements to solution design.
- Provide testing support by coordinating and tracking outcomes.
- Assure delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder and senior management relationships.
- Contribute to DAO Change Management practice and promote BA community growth.
Must Haves:
- Banking experience
- Prefers candidates with 2-3 years of experience, but more experienced candidates are welcome
- Basic SQL knowledge to create and run scripts
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence
- Expertise in external Google research, including deriving entity relationships from annual reports
- Experience with large datasets in MS Excel for data reconciliation and reporting
- Proficiency in using pivots, charts, and formulas in MS Excel
- Experience in creating process documentation and SOPs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with reference data analysis experience
- Understanding of entity and corporate relationships
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of ETL processes
- Background in mathematics
