Job summary

North Star Network in Poland is seeking a Bulgarian Content Manager to plan, produce, and optimize high‑quality content for Eastern European markets. You will drive the editorial roadmap, align with SEO priorities, and collaborate with editors, writers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions across our digital platforms.

You may coordinate writers or junior content managers, ensure quality standards, and support localization

About The Role

We are looking for a Bulgarian Content Manager to plan, produce, and optimize high‑quality content for our Eastern European markets. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the editorial roadmap, ensuring content aligns with SEO priorities, audience expectations, and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with SEO specialists, editors, writers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions across our digital platforms. Depending on the team structure, you may also coordinate content writers or junior content managers, ensuring quality standards and smooth editorial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Execution

• Create, plan and manage content production according to the editorial calendar and SEO priorities.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new content opportunities.
• Create detailed content briefs, including target keywords, structure, and tone of voice.
• Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines, audience expectations, and business goals.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of content production, from ideation to publication, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• When relevant, coordinate writers or junior content managers, reviewing progress and validating deliverables.

Content Optimization & Performance

• Regularly update and optimize existing content to improve SEO rankings and user experience.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure internal linking, metadata, and formatting follow SEO best practices.
• Work closely with the SEO team to track performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Quality Control & Collaboration

• Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to ensure consistency and accuracy across all published content.
• Review drafts to guarantee editorial quality, factual accuracy, and clarity.
• Support the localization or adaptation of content for different Eastern European markets when needed.
• Participate in content review sessions and share feedback to continuously improve editorial standards and workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital content management, editorial roles, or SEO content strategy.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content performance metrics.
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with sports, betting, or iGaming industries is highly valued.
• Fluent Bulgarian and English proficiency; knowledge of Eastern European languages is a significant advantage, especially Czech and Polish.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to editorial quality and accuracy.
