UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Poland is seeking a detail-oriented Brokerage Specialist to oversee the assessment of duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for imported packages and to perform general brokerage tasks.

This role requires familiarity with customs rules and the ability to collaborate with operations to ensure accurate tax calculations.

Permanent, on-site position with standard shifts; experience in a call center and proficiency in Microsoft Office are valued.

Formación

• Brokerage certification preferred.
• Able to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses duties, taxes, and brokerage fees of imported commodities.
• Ensures assessment of duties and taxes adhere to local Customs and Revenue Agency regulations.
