Job summary

Volue ASA in Poland is seeking a Brand Systems Lead to own the visual brand system, build scalable templates in Figma, and drive AI-assisted production. You will collaborate with the Creative Director, the creative studio, content and web ops, and freelancers to maintain the brand across formats.

You will work closely with design and operations teams to establish tooling, libraries, and workflows that scale while maintaining quality and on-brand output.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in design, creative ops or creative technology, agency or B2B.
• Strong design foundations with proficiency in Figma; extended into systems and templates.
• Hands-on experience using AI image- and copy-generation tools in real workflows.
• Comfort with reusable, versioned prompts and templates.
• Workflow and automation experience (Zapier, Make, ClickUp).
• Habit of documenting work for operability by others.
• Collaborative approach to change and demonstrating value.

We are now looking for a Brand Systems Lead who can help us continuously improve Volue's ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission. This role is about owning our visual brand system and making it scale — building the templates, standards and design library that keep our creative output consistent and on‑brand, and using AI‑assisted production to make that output faster to create without proportional headcount growth. You will be part designer, part systems thinker: someone who cares about making things look right, and is equally comfortable building the tooling and workflows that make it easier for everyone else. To achieve this, you will work closely with the Creative Director, the creative studio, content and web ops, and our freelancers.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

Design craft (60%)

• Own and evolve the visual brand system and build scalable design templates across formats

• Maintain a living, documented design library and keep the brand consistent across everything we produce

• QA creative output against brand standards, and produce assets directly when speed or complexity demands it

• Brief and direct freelancers on execution

AI‑assisted production (40%)

• Build and maintain AI‑assisted production pipelines and automate repeatable content workflows

• Develop structured, versioned prompt libraries per format and channel for both image and copy generation

• Evaluate and integrate new AI tools, and help define the quality framework for reviewing AI‑generated output

• Support the team in adopting AI‑augmented ways of working

Key things you will build and own: a living, documented brand system and design library in Figma; an operational AI prompt library with approved reference outputs; a content repurposing pipeline that turns one approved piece into channel‑specific variants; a modular asset templating system; ClickUp workflow automations; and automated performance reporting.

What you need to succeed:

• 3–6 years in a design, creative ops, or creative technology role — agency or in‑house B2B preferred

• Strong design foundations with a genuine eye for quality and proficiency in Figma — real craft that has started to extend into systems and templates, rather than a junior who has pivoted to AI tools

• Hands‑on experience using AI image- and copy‑generation tools in real workflows, with a practical understanding of both their strengths and their failure modes

• Comfort with reusable, versioned prompt structures rather than one‑off queries

• A workflow and automation instinct — you’ve built automations, templates or tooling that other people actually use (Zapier, Make, ClickUp or equivalent), and you think about repeatability

• A habit of documenting your work so others can operate what you build, rather than relying on tribal knowledge

• A collaborative approach to change — you bring creative people along by demonstrating value, not by mandating adoption

The position reports to the Creative Director and cooperates closely with the creative studio, content and web ops, and freelancers. We are looking to hire for Volue office in Gdańsk but will be ready to consider other locations for the right candidate.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is 200 000 – 220 000 PLN per year, in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
