Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Brand Manager to lead and grow our Personal Care portfolio across the East European market. This role demands a balance of strategic vision and operational execution, with a strong focus on natural and heritage-driven personal care brands. You will champion brand building, consumer connection, innovation, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic brand plans in line with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Own the brand P&L and deliver growth through portfolio management, innovation, and communication.
- Identify white spaces and unlock category opportunities across hair care, skin care, and herbal wellness.
Integrated Campaign Management
- Lead development and implementation of 360° marketing campaigns (TV, digital, influencer, shopper marketing).
- Work closely with global and local creative/media agencies to deliver insight-driven, culturally relevant messaging.
Product Innovation & NPD
- Manage the product pipeline including new launches, relaunches, and value-added variants.
- Coordinate with R&D, regulatory, packaging, and supply chain teams to ensure timely, compliant execution.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Leverage data (primary & Secondary) and category research to generate consumer insights and refine brand strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Retail & Trade Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to ensure strong in-store presence and retail activation plans.
- Drive tailored promotions and retailer-specific strategies for key customers across grocery, pharmacy, and online.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in managing personal care or FMCG brands
- Excellent analytical, creative, and project management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in matrixed environments
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Nielsen/Kantar/IRI tools
- Entrepreneurial, agile, and proactive mindset
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–8 years of brand marketing experience in personal care, beauty, or FMCG
- Prior experience in European markets is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with natural/Ayurvedic product positioning is a plus
