Success in this role means delivering seamless Smart Building and BMS solutions, from design through to commissioning and handover, while ensuring projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Drive the integration of Smart Building and MSI solutions into building systems
  • Provide technical leadership in system design, software configuration, and commissioning
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and manage risk across the project lifecycle
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience managing Smart Building, BMS, or building automation projects
  • Strong understanding of Smart Building and BMS architectures, control philosophies, and integration principles
  • In-depth knowledge of MSI roles, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT), and naming conventions (Project Haystack, Brick Schema, or client standards)
  • Excellent project management ability, leading multidisciplinary teams effectively
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
What’s in it for you
  • A competitive salary package, with strong earning potential through a generous bonus scheme
  • Additional standby allowance and regular opportunities for overtime
  • Access to a flexible company car scheme, including the option for fully electric vehicles — or take a monthly car allowance if you prefer to use your own vehicle
  • After 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to become part of an employee-owned business
  • A contributory pension scheme with 6% employer contributions to help support your future
  • Free private medical insurance to give you and your family added peace of mind
  • Life assurance valued at four times your annual salary
  • 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays, with the chance to buy up to 3 extra days each year
