Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior BMC Helix Specialist to lead configuration, customization and enhancement of our BMC Helix ITSM platform. You will drive integration of advanced AI capabilities into our service management environment for optimal performance and user experience.

Based in Poland with hybrid work options, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design changes, and support onboarding and ongoing operations within BMC Helix ITSM, Azure DevOps, and other tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting BMC Helix ITSM/Digital Workplace in a customer-focused org.
• Background in BMC Helix ITSM/Digital Workplace development life cycle.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar cloud technologies.
• Experience integrating BMC with external data sources.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly enhance knowledge and understanding of ICT processes, tools and data requirements for BMC Helix implementation.
• Support the design and implementation of BMC functions and services.
• Own the detailed design for functional changes within BMC.
• Document technical designs and solutions for BMC Helix ITSM/Digital Workplace development.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with functional and process owners.
• Create workflows to automate ITSM processes and simplify steps.
• Assist in integration of BMC Helix to Azure DevOps and other tools.
• Perform onboarding administration for ICT members and users in BMC Helix.
• Provide internal technical support to ICT during implementation and operations.
