Job summary

U.S. Bank Europe is seeking a BLQA Tester responsible for executing quality assurance testing within the BL CRO teams across Europe and North America. You will perform test preparation, execution, and identify control weaknesses in accordance with the annual test plan.

The role requires strong attention to detail, data analysis, and the ability to communicate findings to management and risk partners. You will document results and support remediation efforts as part of a broader risk management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Typically three to five years of applicable experience.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven ability to analyze data and identify/resolve exceptions.
Experience with QA testing in financial services or risk/compliance contexts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute QA testing activities within BL CRO teams across Europe and North America.
Prepare and perform tests; identify control and process weaknesses.
Document test work papers and results; monitor test populations and sample selections.
Lead or facilitate test result discussions with management and risk partners.
Draft management reports and maintain records of testing activities.
