Link Group is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge science and technology in Biotech/Life Sciences. You will transform complex research data into actionable insights, collaborating with stakeholders in an agile environment.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering Tableau/Spotfire dashboards while supporting UAT and end-user training. This role emphasizes strong data visualization and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
2–5 years of proven business/systems analysis or system implementation experience.
Proficiency in Tableau and Spotfire for data visualization.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira and Agile/Scrum project management.
Strong spreadsheet modeling skills (Excel VBA).

Responsibilities

Gather & document detailed functional and technical requirements with stakeholders.
Analyze & optimize processes to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
Bridge business goals to IT by translating requirements into actionable technical specs.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards/reports in Tableau and Spotfire.
Support UAT, change management, and end-user training.
