Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned BIM Coordinator to join our project teams in Poland. You will lead the setup and management of BIM processes, coordinate multidisciplinary models, and ensure QA/QC across digital project environments. The role requires 4–7 years of BIM coordination experience and fluent English.

Hybrid work is available with flexible start times, and the team collaborates on prestigious international infrastructure projects. Electronics projects experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Fluent English written and spoken is essential.
• 4–7 years of relevant BIM coordination experience.
• Experience with electronics projects is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of CAD and BIM tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support design team in project execution.
• Set up and manage the Common Data Environment for project use.
• Set up BIM documentation for internal and external use.
• Coordinate BIM design and multidisciplinary reviews.
• Support BIM processes and QA/QC checks on models.
• Coordinate with engineers and designers from other disciplines.
• Support development of team members.
