Job summary

Jacobs invites professionals to join the Digital Delivery Team in Kraków for the BIM Specialist role. You will support design teams, manage the CDE environment, and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM activities across prestigious international projects.

The position requires 4–7 years of BIM coordination experience, strong BIM/CAD skills, and fluent English. A hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline.
• Fluent English - written and spoken.
• 4–7 years of BIM Coordination experience.
• Experience in Data Center design projects would be highly desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM applications and BIM Standards.
• Advanced knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design team in project execution.
• Manage setup and configuration of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Set up and manage BIM documentation for internal and external use.
• Create BIM design and review models and coordinate disciplines.
• Perform QA/QC checks on model assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers from other disciplines.
• Support team members in their development.
