Job summary

Sweco Design Center Poland sits within Sweco Group, delivering BIM coordination for major road and infrastructure projects, with a focus on railway sectors across Europe. You will join an international BIM team and contribute to design coordination and model maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 2+ years of BIM coordination, strong English, and proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other BIM tools. Hybrid/remote work in Poland is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BIM coordination experience in infrastructure design projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Be an integrated part of the international Swedish BIM team and participate in coordination meetings to resolve design clashes.
• Update, review, and maintain CAD models and BIM coordination models for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform QA checks on BIM models and resolve modeling/software issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of model updates and project changes.
• Manage implementation of new BIM workflows and digital collaboration tools.
