Job summary

InPost is seeking a Billing System Engineer to develop and ensure the stability of its billing systems, working with the Comarch BSS platform, Product Catalog, Billing and Billing Mediation. The role involves monitoring performance, data issue investigation, and maintaining integrations to ensure smooth data flows while supporting security, backups, and platform upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience with Comarch BSS, especially Product Catalog, Billing or Billing Mediation.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise system integrations and integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and configuring the Comarch BSS platform, including Product Catalog, Billing and Billing Mediation.
• Monitoring platform performance, system jobs, error logs and runtime incidents.
• Investigating data issues and identifying root causes.
• Managing integrations to ensure uninterrupted end-to-end data flows.
• Supporting backup, recovery, audits and security requirements.
• Contributing to platform upgrades, patches and new functionalities.
